Below are some vital points that will allow us to use our time together in the most efficient, effective way:
• Please be prepared for each meeting, providing required documents no less than 3 days proir to our appointment. Having all the appropriate documents or information ensures that I fully understand your situation and your resources.
• If you are married, both spouses are required to attend every meeting.
• If you rely on your children or other person to assist you with your decisions, they should also attend all meetings.
• Please be on time to all appointments, and if you need to reschedule, please do this no less than five business days prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Continual rescheduling or lack of preparation will lead to discontinuing our relationship. To customize a plan specifically for you and your financial goals, I rely on you
-Be honest about your situation and concerns.
-Provide accurate information about all your current resources and accounts.
-Provide your most recent wills, tax returns, group benefit books, corporate documentation, etc.
-Let us know of any changes in objectives, risk tolerance, family dynamics and asset acquision/disposals, etc.
-Initiate appointments when situations change or a review is desired.
-Understand that this is a collaborative effort that requires both parties to initiate contact and communicate as needed via phone or email.
-Refer others you care about that would enjoy the process you experience.

You are welcome to fax, email or upload items for Alison to review and comment, or to hold in your file until your next appointment. If you do this, please be sure to note on the fax the action you would like our office to take.
Additionally, if you need to drop something off after-hours, please use our secure 24-hour drop box. We will check the box the morning of the next business day. For our out of town clients, we do have an overnight account number for you to use for “dropping off” items, we email these or upload them for you upon request.
Office hours and appointment times
Our office is open 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday; however, all business is conducted by appointment only. You may drop off items at anytime using our 24-hour drop box. Please call first if you need to come into the office. We periodically close our office for off-site education and holidays.
All appointments are 90 minutes and are held at Alison’s office or by telephone.
Tuesdays at 10 a.m.,12pm, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m
Wednesdays at 10am,12pm, 2 p.m., 4 p.m
Thursdays at 10 a.m., 12pm, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Due to this appointment schedule, Alison returns calls and works on client financial plans on Mondays and Fridays and is not available for appointments on these days.

Make yourself at home
We want you to feel comfortable every time you visit our office. Please let Samantha know when you arrive and help yourself to beverages or snacks at the service bar, or use our microwave if you show up hungry. Also let us know if you’re a coffee or tea drinker, a juice or soda person, and we’ll make every effort to have your preferences available during your appointment.

We are pleased to offer the Wealth Management Solution, WMS, a state of the art online organizer for Alison's clients who are out-of-town and for those who have complex planning needs. This online tool lets you consolidate all your accounts, policies and legal documents in one secure location.
WMS gives Alison the ability to create and monitor your financial plan based on current updated information, resulting in more efficient and effective planning. You'll also be able to have integrated reports to see your current financial situation at any time.
